\nSchedule: Monday through Thursday, 8 am – 6pm, every other Friday, 8 am – 5 pm every (and every other Friday off) (On site position)

Helpmates is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Office Assistant for a contract opportunity in Orange County with our customer, a large government agency!

The Data Entry Office Assistant Responsibilities:
\n\n\n\t\n\tElectronically enters and verifies a variety of data such as job orders, applications, forms, text, and other information using a personal computer.
\n\t\n\t\n\tOrganizes and sorts data, and produces relevant reports based on specified criteria using different software programs.
\n\t\n\t\n\tCreates charts, forms, and text documents.
\n\t\n\t\n\tWorks with users to resolve issues related to input and output.

The Data Entry Office Assistant Requirements:
\n\n\n\t\n\tPrevious Data entry alpha numeric and 10-key experience
\n\t\n\t\n\tIntermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
\n\t\n\t\n\tTypes 35 wpm
\n\t\n\t\n\tKeen attention to the details
\n\t\n\t\n\tExcellent time management skills, multi-tasking skills
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to work independently, self-starter, positive attitude, “Go getter”
\n\t\n\t\n\tMonday through Thursday, 8 am – 6pm, every other Friday, 8 am – 5 pm every (and every other Friday off)
