Enter and verify information into eFACTS.
Assist with filing invoices for the 92a fee collection program and other filing within the bureau.
Open, sort and distribute mail to the appropriate staff.
Assist staff with the preparation of mailings for the 92a fee collection program.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
The employee is also required to perform similar job-related duties and follow other job-related instructions as assigned by the supervisor.
