Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Operator II. This role will involve working in different locations within the city, primarily focusing on processing data for the one specific program. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process data entries related to the program • Ensure high-quality communication with all relevant parties • Maintain a positive attendance record and show excellent performance consistently • Handle transportation to various work locations within the city independently • Manage and maintain accurate data records for all customer credit applications • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner • Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records at all times • Regularly review and update customer records as necessary. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field. • Proficiency in Data Entry is a key requirement for this role. • Knowledge of Health Care is essential for understanding the context of data being entered and managed. • As this role is within Local Government, an understanding of public sector operations would be advantageous. • The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in their work. • Strong communication skills are required to liaise with different departments and stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a critical requirement for this role. • The candidate should be proficient in using basic Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. • A high standard of ethical conduct and confidentiality is expected as the role involves handling sensitive information.
