Job Description
The technician will process orders so that they can be filled or changed for the customer. They will also bill medications to insurance companies and other agencies. The customer service technician will process, organize, and file all records. Customer Service Techs will answer phone calls and retrieve paperwork to answer questions, resolve issues with facilities and residents or their payees; they will print labels, pull delivery manifests, and communicate within and outside of the department for resolution to problems or errors.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $22.00
