Location: Pala, CA

To provide accurate database input and maintenance to the Human Resources Department utilizing HRIS Must possess excellent computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Previous accurate data entry experience is essential. Experience including database input, report writing and administration Knowledge of personal computer with experience in spreadsheets and word processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be goal oriented, self-motivated and organized with ability to perform well under pressure Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  High School Diploma or GED required.  College degree preferred. Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Essential Job Functions:

Input all new hire information into HRIS. Update and maintain all Team Member personnel data information into the database. Check in new hires prior to orientation ensuring all necessary documents are received and in order. Communicate with Pala Gaming Commission and department managers regarding Team Member status changes and other appropriate information. Process verifications of employment. Tracking and processing pre-employment drug tests. Maintains the highest degree of confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned.
