Data Entry Processor, Rx Returns
Under the direct supervision of either the Rx Client Services Manager or Supervisor, the Data Entry Processor provides transaction settlement support to assigned clients, provides documents such as Proof of Delivery and Destruction and Debit Memos, and fulfills other client requests. Duties may include transaction matching, data entry, resolving any data issues and pulling information from systems to email to the client or third party.

This position requires the associate to work onsite from the Libertyville, IL office.

Primary Accountabilities:

Maintain electronic files and processing foldersPrepare remittance advice for data entryComplete balancing routine on each keyed remittanceConfirm the accuracy of remittance keyed within the systemEnter notes for client into the system for missing information as neededFollow HIPAA policies and procedures per company guidelinesPerform special projects and other duties as assigned by managementServe as backup to Call Center associates at peak timesLoad store filesMaintain the Rx client email inbox; create Salesforce cases for all pertinent emailsPull the necessary information from the systems (Informix, InvoiceLink, NetLink) and email clients and third partiesComplete all assigned Salesforce cases within the specified SLA

Required Qualification:

High School Diploma0-2 years of related work experience involving computer data entry; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.Proficient with Microsoft SuiteProficient with Google SuiteCompetent with AS/400 (or other similar computer systems)Accurately perform alpha/numeric data entry; 10 key by touch – 8,000 KPHUtilize computer equipment; possess basic typing/keyboarding skillsOperate various office machines (printer, fax, copier)Take accurate messages; maintain files and records using basic English compositionSpeak in a clear and understandable way with proper use of spoken English languageOrganize tasks and time to ensure timely completion of all projectsFollow general office practices and proceduresBilingual (English/Spanish)
