Summary :
Vighter is seeking to hire multiple Data Entry Specialists in San Antonio, TX. AData Entry Specialistis responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within a company’s database or system. They ensure that information is properly organized and accessible, allowing the business to make informed decisions based on accurate records. Data entry specialists may also handle tasks related to verifying and correcting data errors, organizing files, and preparing reports.
Principle Accountabilities:
+ Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets from various sources such as paper documents, forms, emails, or online platforms.
+ Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
+ Database Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring that all records are current, accurate, and well-organized.
+ File Organization: Sort, organize, and categorize physical and electronic files, ensuring that data is easily retrievable.
+ Data Quality Control: Perform regular data audits to ensure the integrity of information, making necessary corrections and updates as needed.
+ Report Generation: Generate and assist in creating reports and summaries based on the data entered, providing insights and updates to management.
+ Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure that data is entered in a timely manner and according to company guidelines.
+ Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential data with care, following privacy policies and protocols to safeguard company information.
+ Other Administrative Tasks: Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, answering emails, and assisting with other office-related duties.
+ A deep sense of purpose and dedication to the United States and our U.S. Military Veterans, their Families, and other patients as assigned.

+ Knowledge of regulations (HIPAA/Privacy Act) regarding the confidentiality of patient medical records and information as well as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Knowledge and Skills :
+ Must have exceptional customer service skills.
+ Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certification in administration or a related field may be preferred.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
+ Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
+ Attention to Detail: Ability to catch errors and discrepancies in data, ensuring precision and completeness.
+ Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with different teams and clarify any data-related issues.
+ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, especially when handling large volumes of data.
Duty Hours / On-call Requirements:
+ The expected duty hours for this position are 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. However, this key position supporting 24/7/365 operations which may require work to be conducted in the day, at night, on weekends, and during holidays.

+ Location: Vighter Corporate HQs, San Antonio, TX

Travel:
+ As required to satisfy the contractual obligations. Commute is non-compensatory. All official travel is government funded.

Physical Requirements :
+ Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day.
+ Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
+ Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs.
+ Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 10 feet.
+ Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders.
+ Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print.
+ Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
+ Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment.
+ Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
+ Must undergo Urine Drug Screening (UDS).
+ Positions require applicants to be US Citizens, 21 years or older.
