Description We are in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of data confidentiality principles. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will type, update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. Responsibilities: + Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. + Reviewing the data for adequacy, accuracy, and conformity with required standards. + Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation. + Apply data program techniques and procedures. + Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. + Combining and rearranging data from source documents where required. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience as a data entry operator or relevant position. + Excellent typing skills with attention to detail. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially in MS Excel) + High school diploma or equivalent; further education will be a plus.
