Description We are in search of a 2D Design Specialist to join our team in Weston, Florida. This role is critical in the healthcare industry, specifically dealing with pre-operative plans and robotic surgery. The position requires a meticulous individual who can efficiently handle customer applications, maintain records, and resolve inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency • Maintain and manage customer credit records • Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner • Oversee customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Create cases using a proprietary case management system • Review CT Scans to ensure they conform to surgical protocol • Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for Robotic Surgery • Formulate Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement • Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning • Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel and document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Case Management • Experience with Planning Processes, Procedures, and setting Targets • Strong English Language skills, both written and verbal • In-depth knowledge of Quality Review and Production Methods • Proficiency in Digital Communication Skills • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suites • High level of Computer Skills, including SharePoint Administration • Ability to work Onsite and perform Overtime when necessary • Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language is desirable • Surgical Skills and knowledge in Surgery and Replacement methods • Understanding of Positioning strategies in customer service • A Plus certification would be advantageous Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
