Data Entry Specialist

Job Description
Join a dynamic team supporting data entry and providing assistance to clinics and vendors with purchase orders, inventory, and more. This role will transition to a hybrid model, working two days remotely and three days in the office (specific days are predetermined).
Responsibilities
+ Support data entry and update vendors on status updates.
+ Enter and update data involving current inventory, frames, prices, and PLS numbers.
+ Provide customer service via phone and computer (email).
+ Work with multiple screens and systems.
+ Maintain all vendor queues to keep up with inventory tracking and data entry.
+ Manage all tickets/requests to support status updates on orders and product availability.
+ Be willing to pivot to other tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Data entry experience (1-2 years).
+ Customer service experience (2 years in retail, food service, or call center).
+ Intermediate Excel skills (ribbon functions, formulas, charts/graphs, data entry).
+ GED or High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Inventory experience is a plus.
+ Good time management.
+ Ability to work with a team.
+ Adaptability to fast-paced environment.
