Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **Data Entry Specialist** to join our client’s dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of customer rebate contracts.

**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Some college coursework a plus.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating various software programs
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
+ Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately enter and verify customer rebate contracts and addendums using our workflow tool.
+ Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all contracts are loaded within 24 hours of receiving them from the supplier.
+ Identify and communicate any issues or trends related to rebate contracts to the Rebate Team Lead and Rebate Manager.
+ Assist the Pricing Administration team in resolving contract discrepancies.
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy, as errors can directly impact customer pricing and company margins.
**Pay Details:** $15.28 per hour
