Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our Quality Management System (QMS), following detailed instructions and ensuring the highest level of accuracy. This position requires excellent computer skills, the ability to focus on repetitive tasks, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately enter data into the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) based on provided instructions.
+ Review data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all fields are filled correctly and no discrepancies are present.
+ Adhere to detailed instructions and data entry guidelines to ensure consistency and quality throughout the process.
+ Regularly update records in the system, ensuring they reflect the most current and accurate information.
+ Identify and resolve any data entry errors by cross-referencing records, asking for clarification, or revising incorrect data.
+ Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any data-related issues as they arise.
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while meeting daily or weekly data entry targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data management or office administration is a plus.
+ Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases or proprietary data management systems (experience with a Quality Management System (QMS) is a plus).
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data.
+ Ability to read and understand detailed instructions and follow guidelines precisely
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
