Job Description

A data entry team member is needed to join the Engineering team to help with the project of updating all catalogs and customer information in the e-commerce system.

ResponsibilitiesData Entry: Input product details such as descriptions, prices, and images into the eCommerce system.Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain product information to ensure accuracy and consistency.Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.Collaboration: Work with various teams to gather necessary product information and ensure timely updates.Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on data entry activities and product listings.SEO Support: Assist in optimizing product listings for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in data entry, preferably in an eCommerce setting.Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopware, Shopify, Magento).Basic knowledge of SEO practices.Good verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree is a plus.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. You will be working with the engineering project teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00
