Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering invoices from vendors, sending owner reports with bills to be paid, matching payments to invoices, and filing important documentation. Additional duties include reconciling statements, printing inventory reports, updating inventory counts in the system and on online sales platforms, and placing orders with vendors for stock items. This role also involves cross-training to be a back-up for processing orders and handling miscellaneous projects as needed.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in an office setting. The role requires a proactive, outgoing, and independent personality capable of taking initiative and using common sense in forecasting and stock ordering. There is a significant opportunity for growth through cross-training, which allows for upward mobility. The manager does not micromanage, giving the candidate autonomy to shape their role as long as performance expectations are met.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
