Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibilities include answering emails and phone calls, creating tickets in our internal database, and scheduling repair jobs to ship. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.Create tickets in the internal database accurately and efficiently.Schedule repair jobs to ship, coordinating with the appropriate teams.Provide administrative support as needed.Perform data entry and order entry tasks.Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.Assist with shipping and receiving processes, working with carriers.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, or dispatch (non-medical/healthcare).Experience in shipping/receiving and working with carriers.Strong email and communication etiquette.Previous experience in office administration or professional customer service roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Tech-savvy and able to work onsite every day.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the marble/tile/design industry is a plus.Work Environment
This is an onsite role with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. The office is located in a beautiful space in Pflugerville! The work environment includes a gym onsite and a nice break room. There is also an opportunity to transition to a full-time position at the end of the contract.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
