Join Our Team as a Data Entry Specialist!
We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately manage and input data into our systems at our esteemed healthcare facility. If you are organized, efficient, and eager to contribute to a vital aspect of healthcare, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately read source documents and enter data into specific fields.
+ Collect, compile, and verify data for accuracy before entry.
+ Identify and correct data entry errors, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
+ Scan or upload documents as needed.
+ Assist with routine office/lab duties, including answering phones and maintaining supplies.
+ Maintain logs of activities and ensure completed documents are filed appropriately.
+ Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proficiency in data entry and electronic medical records.
+ Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws.
+ Excellent typing and organizational skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
+ Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
Experience Level:
+ Entry Level position—ideal for those starting their career in data management!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
