We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in our Fond du Lac, WI office. In this role, you will combine data management, client communication, and financial tracking responsibilities in a collaborative office environment.

Manage and maintain accurate data across multiple platforms including Excel and industry-specific software (CSG, WFX, ACSR, Penguin Data, and P2)Process and track weekly invoices while ensuring seamless data transfer between client portals and internal systemsBuild and maintain professional relationships with clients and field leadership through effective communicationCreate and process project invoices that align with client-specific requirements and billing deadlinesResolve billing inquiries and maintain payment follow-up processesGenerate customized reports and maintain tracking systems as neededPerform regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of recordsCoordinate with accounting team to reconcile billing discrepanciesMaintain organized digital filing systems for easy document retrievalCreate and update standard operating procedures for data entry processesAssist in training new team members on data entry procedures and systemsMonitor and report on key performance metrics related to data entry accuracy and efficiencyParticipate in process improvement initiatives to streamline data entry workflowsMaintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company informationSupport additional team initiatives as they arise Requirements 2+ years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or related fieldPrior invoicing and billing experience is preferredDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on ExcelStrong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detailProven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple prioritiesExcellence in written and verbal communicationAbility to adapt to new software systems and processesStrong customer service orientation with professional interpersonal skillsPrimary responsibilities involve computer-based work at a deskCollaborative team environment that values initiative and positive attitudeValid driver’s licensePassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
