Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist in the bustling city of New York. This role is integral to our operations, where you will be handling data processing tasks, customer interaction and account monitoring. Responsibilities: • Manage and update customer databases using Salesforce Lightning Platform. • Ensure efficient and precise data entry tasks using Microsoft tools. • Handle customer inquiries and offer resolutions in a timely manner. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status. • Conduct virtual meetings and interactions with customers using Zoom. • Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records. • Process and validate customer credit applications with high accuracy. • Monitor customer credit status and initiate appropriate actions. • Ensure all customer data is kept confidential and secure. • Collaborate with the team to improve data management processes and practices. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, demonstrating the ability to manage and update customer information accurately • Familiarity with Zoom for virtual meetings and team collaboration • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks • Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and efficiency • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field will be considered a plus • Flexibility to work in different shifts if required, demonstrating a high level of commitment and dedication • Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles and adherence to company policies regarding data security • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity • Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not mandatory as training will be provided for the right candidate.
