Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with at least two remote days, which will be decided by the manager and team based on needs. The office is conveniently located next to a strip mall with various stores and restaurants. There is potential for transfer to another division or team within the organization.
Qualifications:2+ years of recent data entry or administrative experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Ability to navigate the basics of Excel.Strong computer proficiency.Job DescriptionThis role involves extensive data entry, data scraping from multiple sources, and ensuring data accuracy. The Data Entry Specialist will use Excel for various data management tasks and submit regular reports.
ResponsibilitiesScrape data from multiple sources including web, internal data, and third-party reports.Scrub data and collateral to ensure accuracy.Perform extensive data entry tasks.Use Excel to track data, manage spreadsheets, and perform filtering and sorting.Submit reports on a weekly and daily basis.Gather internal representative data sets and geographic coverages.Collect external competitive rep network information through web scraping and line card comparisons.Fax and scan documents.Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
