Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist Intermediate in Newark, Delaware, United States. In this role, you'll be extensively involved with alpha/numeric entry, including basic data analysis and comparisons. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer credit applications • Keeping customer credit records up-to-date • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Updating account management static requests for Securities Lending • Adjusting the price of securities as per stakeholder requests • Updating Net Asset Value (NAV) for clients as requested by Relationship Managers • Managing queries from borrowers related to Account Level Details (ALD) and providing the requested information within Service Level Agreements (SLA) timelines • Engaging with stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Demonstrated experience, ranging from 3 to 6 years, in a Data Entry Specialist role or similar • Proficiency in data entry procedures and practices • Demonstrable knowledge in pricing and stakeholder management • Ability to handle and resolve queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Prior experience in account management is essential • Familiarity with Service Level Agreements and their implementation • Understanding of securities and their role in the financial industry • Strong numerical skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data • Knowledge of NAV (Net Asset Value) and its implications in financial transactions.
