Job Summary
The School of Nursing (SON) is accepting applications for the position of a Data Entry Specialis beginning in fall 2024. This is a 12-month temporary position working part-time. This individual will be responsible for creating and revising database records by categorizing and transcribing specialized and confidential information.
Responsibilities*Work with our Clinical Placement Managers to complete all information in databases Complio and ACEMAPP as required.Work with our Clinical Placement Managers to obtain information on existing clinical sites with the preceptor database to establish placements.Follow-up with students and sites/preceptors as assigned by Clinical Placement Managers.Work with Clinical Placement Managers to track clinical placements/meet deadlines.Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications*High School DiplomaStrong computer and data entry skills with one-year of data entry experienceDemonstrate ability in handling confidential informationOne or more years of administrative experience with strong organizational skillsDemonstrate strong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment in the performance of dutiesWork ScheduleThis position is a 12-month position working part-time.
Modes of WorkHybrid
The work requirements allow both onsite and offsite work and an employee has an expected recurring onsite presence. On occasion, the employee may be required and must be available to work onsite more frequently if necessitated by unit leadership or their designee and/or the job requirements.
