About the role

The Data Governance Analyst will play a critical role defining and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, implementing Insight’s global Salesforce reporting and data policies, procedures and execution.  A cornerstone of Insight’s IT transformation in the coming years, this role will be critical to execution towards data-driven roadmap and realizing value and impact of CRM program. This role will work closely with business partners, stakeholders, and internal data teams to drive business analytics mindset as well as the value for data and roadmap that supports Insight’s ambition to be the leading Solutions Integrator. 

Execute towards ‘data-driven organization’ roadmap, driving a business analytics mindset and the value of data usage in Insight Salesforce platform  Partner with internal teams to harness the power of data and the CRM to help people translate data to actionable insights.  Contribute to development of and utilize policies, processes, and standards that ensure the quality, usability, and security of CRM data.  Drive data quality and stewardship initiatives.  Partner across the business and develop data considerations for integrations and development of structures to support processes, compliance etc.   Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What we’re looking for

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to use data to inform recommendations  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global teammates across time zones  Prior experience with reports and dashboard visualization  is ideal
