This role is in the service industry where you will be involved in analyzing complex datasets, refining data cleaning processes, and providing data-driven insights. For consideration, please contact Abigail Fox Responsibilities: • Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets related to class action settlements, ensuring that even incomplete data is comprehensively evaluated • Engage in continuous communication to navigate thin requirements and make informed judgment calls • Refine and develop data cleaning and validation processes to enhance accuracy and consistency • Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to comprehend case-specific claim requirements and constraints • Evaluate claims for validity according to project guidelines, identifying any inconsistencies, potential fraud, or missing information • Leverage data-driven insights to aid decision-making on claim approvals, denials, or deficiencies • Offer leadership and guidance to central data support members on collaborative tasks • Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical • Recommend and implement process improvements for more efficient data handling in future settlements • Preserve documentation of processes, data structures, and decisions made for auditing and compliance purposes. Requirements • Experience in AB Testing for product development and user experience optimization. • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting. • Capable of drafting Business Requirement Document to map business needs. • Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating relational databases. • Programming skills in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
