This role is centered on elevating the level of security governance and is ideally suited for individuals who have been part of a team building IT Governance programs from scratch. You will have the opportunity to interface directly with clients and play a critical role in our company's growth. Responsibilities: • Implementing and advancing security governance protocols • Building and developing IT Governance programs from inception • Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions • Utilizing tools like Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, and Erwin Data for various tasks • Conducting gap analysis to identify areas of improvement • Employing AB Testing methods for optimizing outcomes • Operating within an Agile Scrum framework to ensure efficient project management • Leveraging analytics for informed decision-making • Utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools for enhanced operations • Developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents. Requirements • Proven experience in Apache Spark is essential for the role of Data Governance Analyst. • Proficiency in the use of Atlassian Jira is required. • Knowledge of BusinessObjects Technologies is a significant asset. • The candidate must have previous experience with Erwin Data. • Demonstrated ability to conduct Gap Analysis is crucial. • A strong understanding of AB Testing methods is necessary. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is expected. • The candidate should possess strong Analytics skills. • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) is required. • The ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document is essential.
