Description Overview Are you passionate about optimizing data and ensuring its integrity? We are seeking an experienced Data Governance and Quality SAP Data Analyst to take a leading role in enhancing data quality and supporting clean data initiatives as part of a pre-migration project to SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities + Data Profiling: Perform detailed reviews of data to assess its quality, identify inconsistencies, and pinpoint areas for improvement. + Data Quality Management: Establish data quality rules, conduct validation checks, and recommend targeted solutions to correct data issues. + Data Governance: Work with relevant stakeholders to uphold data governance standards while promoting best practices for data management. + Data Migration and Integration: Support SAP data migration efforts by cleaning and structuring data, assisting in data mapping, and integrating inputs from various sources. + Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that showcase KPIs related to data quality and system operations. + Collaboration with SAP Functional Teams: Collaborate with functional teams across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FICO) to diagnose and resolve data-related problems. + Process Improvement: Discover opportunities for process and system optimization and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in SAP data management. + Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation on methodologies, and create training materials to educate teams on efficient data management approaches. Requirements Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Data Science (preferred). + SAP certifications are a strong plus. Experience: + 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP data management, with a focus on data profiling and data quality. + Practical experience with multiple SAP platforms, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW. + Familiarity with data profiling tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica) and strong expertise in data quality processes. + Knowledge of data integration, migration, and transformation workflows within SAP environments. Additional Qualifications: + Virtual interview preference via Zoom, coordinated by the manager. + EST or CST time zone candidates preferred. + Proficiency in data governance principles and scripting/automation tools. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA or advanced SAP certifications is a bonus. + Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Location and Schedule + Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. + Remote Work: This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates residing in EST or CST time zones.
