Collaborate with data stewards and business units to maintain data integrity.

Work with Digital Technology and legal teams to enforce data protection policies and ensure data is handled securely.Partner with business leaders, Digital Technology, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to promote data governance best practices across the organization.Data Lifecycle Management:

5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data quality management.Experience working in a CPG company preferred.

Experience with data governance frameworks and tools, such as SAP MDG, Informatica, Stibo or similar preferredProven communication skills with an ability to engage and collaborate with cross functional teams.

The Data Governance Managers will be responsible for the management, quality, security, and compliance with regulations of our master data and data governance initiatives. Master data is the foundation of our enterprise and a key enabler of becoming a more digital first culture. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of master data management policy and standards.

Compensation Package: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
