Lead the performance of fit/gap analysis for the designated region vs the Global Data Governance framework and work in close partnership with the local Supply Chain teams and Central Data Governance Program team for adoption. 
Support Global Mondelez Suppply Chain Data Governance organization with enriching and enhancement of standards, policies, and procedures to assure on-going success of the governance framework within the regional organization.

Promote the Data Governance concept across the Region. Identify, educate and mentor different Data Governance personas (ex. Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Citizens, Data Custodians) within the function inline with the Data Governance & Stewardship practices.

Support the seamless integration of diverse data sources, ensuring seamless transition from SAP R3 data source to S4/o9 and relevant reporting platforms including definition of scope, data objects and data transformation. Ensure harmonization to Global reporting solutions, simplification of reporting portfolio, accounting for the regional specifics. 

Organize and lead sessions to identify and  document region-specific critical data elements with close collaboration from business and MDS.

Serves as a consultant on business problems, identifies data needs and formulates data solutions, creates practical development roadmaps, and presents recommendations to stakeholders.
