Data Governance Manager, People AnalyticsJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Analytics Data Governance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the data governance framework and ensuring the integrity, security, and quality of our people analytics data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and governance, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.Key Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework for people analytics, including policies, procedures, and standards.
•\tEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and security by establishing and enforcing data quality standards and best practices.
•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to define data requirements and ensure data consistency across systems.
•\tLead data governance initiatives, including data cataloging, access model and standards.
•\tProvide guidance and support to data stewards and data owners in the implementation of data governance practices.
•\tStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data governance and analytics, and apply this knowledge to improve our data governance framework.
•\tDrive data literacy and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
•\tBachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Psychology, Management or a related field.
•\tProven experience in data governance, data management, or a related role, preferably within the HR or people analytics domain.
•\tStrong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
•\tProficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, and data governance platforms.
•\tExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and independence.
•\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•\tDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
•\tExperience with HR systems and data, such as Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
•\tKnowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA.
