This role offers the opportunity to lead data governance initiatives and collaborate with global teams in a supportive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities:Serve as the US point person with the Global Data Governance team and Board, providing updates and influencing policy changes Facilitate the US Data Governance Steering Committee meetings, managing data issue remediation, ownership, and initiatives Develop and maintain the US Data Glossary in coordination with the Global Data Glossary Identify and resolve data lineage and structure issues to mitigate risk Track, monitor, and escalate data governance issues while ensuring resolution Ensure compliance with corporate data governance policies and applicable regulations, including Basel III and BCBS 239 Lead Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality (DQ) initiatives in collaboration with leadership Perform comparative analysis and create performance dashboards Act as a business owner for Data Management & Business Intelligence (DMBI) project phasesQualifications and Requirements:8+ years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred (or equivalent years of experience) Strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data cleansing Proficiency in database architecture, modeling, and reporting Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience  Benefits and Perks:Competitive salary Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) plan PTO and volunteer days Health and wellness programs Career development opportunities Flexible work environment

The base salary range for this position is $140K–$160K, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
