Astrion is seeking a highly skilled Data Integration and Enterprise Solutions Specialist to provide direct support to AMCOM G3M

What you will do... Provide direct support to AMCOM G3M for the ERP implementation of EAVN solutions, including integration requirements for AESIP, GCSS-Army, ACN, AESIP BI/BW, and TAMMS-A MCDS.Support the implementation of EAVN Capability Drops (CD) 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5, including identifying system gaps and developing mitigation and resolution plans.Facilitate integration of SIM/IUID, master data management, and BPR to align with AMCOM’s modernization goals.Support Army ERP Future State Enterprise Business-Convergence (EBS-C) Transformation to include Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), Detailed Design, Test , Data Migration implementing SAP Out-Of-The-Box solutions and  Commercial Best Business Practices where applicable and military as necessary with the associated policy, process, data and training changes and transformation and backward compatibility requirements for enduring AMCOM systems and processes.   Assist AMCOM in migrating and integrating Aviation LCF Master Data and equipment data (current and historical) into the Army Enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and compatibility.Develop and execute structured data migration strategies, including data cleansing, transformation, and build, validation, and synchronization across current ERPs and the converged modern EBS-C S4/HANA solution.Oversee the transition and sustainment of AMCOM's critical data systems, maintaining data integrity and alignment with Army Enterprise Material Master,  Army Enterprise Equipment Master and Enterprise master data governance standards.Assist in implementing near- and long-term Enterprise solutions to provide improved and efficient fleet management, repair, and supply chain solutions.Support initiatives to enhance asset visibility, end-to-end (E2E) Product Lifecycle Management, and analytics, driving improved decision-making and readiness across the aviation formation.Collaborate with AMCOM stakeholders to design and validate system requirements, ensuring alignment with mission-critical operational needs.Conduct software quality reviews to assess functionality, reliability, and performance of integrated systems.Perform system safety reviews to ensure compliance with Army airworthiness standards (AR 95-4, DA PAM 95-4) and mitigate risks to operational safety.Provide actionable recommendations to improve system safety and performance, ensuring seamless integration and sustained operational readiness. Skills you will need... Must currently possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.  Must be able to maintain the required clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred and 10 Years of relevant experience.Proven expertise in ERP implementation and system integration for Army enterprise systems (EAVN, AESIP, GCSS-Army, ACN, TAMMS-A MCDS).Extensive experience in data migration, master data management, and system sustainment.Demonstrated success in identifying and mitigating system gaps during ERP BPR, design, test, implementation and sustainment.Strong knowledge of Army aviation logistics, supply chain and inventory/warehouse management, Product Lifecycle Management and airworthiness standards.Proficient in structured data migration strategies, including data cleansing and validation.Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, workshop facilitation, and BPR activities.Advanced problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities.Familiarity with Army Enterprise Materiel Master (AEMM) and Enterprise Equipment Master (EEM) standards and aviation-specific data management.
