The Data Integration Lead Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetingsExamines and evaluates project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads Determines appropriateness, and guides revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forumsManage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project groupSupport resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processesLiaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processesIndependently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomyDevelops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processes Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:
6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferredExperience in managing and implementing successful projectsAbility to be nimble and adjust priorities as neededPossesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectivesFamiliarity with data conceptsCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsEducation:
