Key Responsibilities:

Query and Mine Data Resources: Query and mine data resources to answer ad hoc business questionsInformation Analysis: Receive, gather, analyze and organize information from multiple sourcesInformation Assurance: Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistenciesRun Sponsor Meetings: Develop agendas and work stakeholders for Sponsor meetingsMetrics and Data: Respond to metrics and data callsTranslating Business Objectives: Translate business objectives and user needs into requirements for reporting analytics, and data science projectsMaintaining Physical Files: Establish and maintain physical filesInformation Requests: Coordinate requests for additional information as neededDocument Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of relevant informationStatus Updates: Provide accurate and timely status updates

Qualifications:

Required:

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: Minimum 5 yearsData Analysis: Experience in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help make informed decisionsCapturing Data: Experience with capturing data and integrating it into presentations for Sponsor briefingsProgrammatic Activities: Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and providing support to Sponsor systems and processesMeeting Organization: Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.Manage Complex Projects: Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and prioritiesAdaptable: Ability to work under tight deadlinesMicrosoft Office Suite: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePointCommunication Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills
