JLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Interns are an important part of what makes JLL a great place to work. Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

As a Summer Data Intern at JLL, you will have the unique opportunity to gain practical experience and exposure to various aspects of the commercial real estate industry. You will work closely with the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team, supporting critical projects and initiatives that rely on data-driven strategies. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the world of data analysis and its impact on the real estate industry.  No experience required.  Looking for a curious, eager to learn student

AS A DATA SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:

Assist in data collection, validation, and cleansing processesWork with large datasets and perform data manipulation and analysis using statistical toolsCollaborate with team members to develop data visualization dashboards and reportsConduct research and provide insights based on data analysis to support strategic decision makingSupport the maintenance and improvement of data in VFA (Capital Planning software) and other internal systems/softwareParticipate in weekly team/data governance meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings.Complete the end-of-the-year internship pitch presentation to the panel.Assist in ad-hoc data projects and tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailNo experience required however proficiency in data manipulation such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R is an assetKnowledge of data visualization techniques and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plusAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
