You work closely with functions and business units to develop roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

How you will contribute

You will serve as the point of contact for issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and manage business projects through to completion. You will also provide business consultancy and manage operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met, and by sharing best practices and taking responsibility in the super key user community.

1. Business Unit (BU) / Regional GovernanceInput to global strategy and process improvements Data related Escalations to region (Issues, Changes, Request for info/guidance) Responsibility over Audit and change controls. Maintain BU / Regional components of global workflow tools/forms Ensure adherence to Industry standards Effective Stakeholder relations & communications within the region2. Provide Governance Support to Regional and Global Projects

3. Stakeholder ManagementResponsible for Business Partner management with all functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants in the cluster. Responsible for alignment with Global/Regional MD Responsible for alignment/escalations with 3rd Party Service Providers (back-office)

4. Team Management & LeadershipStaffing of operational MD resources, workload monitoring/balancing. Staffing of key user roles, and project requirements People development and mentorship Develop cluster team’s technical capability and business insight to enable BU and DMS transformational agenda

5. Operation ExcellenceAccountable for BU master data Quality, Performance Management by delivering committed KPIs and fulfilling business requirements.  Responsible for the updating and rolling out of CI to improving process and tools by collaborating with data governance and transformation teams.SOP’s - all in close collaboration with Global/Regional process leads and implementing Testing/training and ensuring quality & process performance.

Functional leadership in Master data operation excellenceBU E2E Master Data process managementExpert in data quality, Performance managementBU Data Governance custodianBusiness understanding in CSL, FI, Sales areas and business acumTechnical agility, Workflow - PEGA, NCLC; Analytics - Power BI, DSP, GCP, Data Lake. Stakeholder management and thought leadership.Stand-alone and lead infront.Education / Certifications:Min. 5 years’ experience in a master data management role. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent. English Proficiency mandatory and any applicable local languages.  SAP Expert Knowledge Data Governance certification is an advantage GDS, GS1 (Global Data Synchronization) experience  Experience in Digital Marketing/eCommerce area from a data publicati9on perspective 

Work schedule:

Hybrid. Due to this role being a regional role and working with partners across different markets in the AMEA region, a flexible work schedule is required to account for different time zones.
