Our client, a leading organization in data management, is seeking a Data Management Consultant to join their team. As a Data Management Consultant, you will be part of the Data Management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Data Management Consultant
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**Pay Range:** $65
**What's the Job?**
+ Effectively document data error remediation processes.
+ Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
+ Engage strategically with personnel to provide innovative Data Management business solutions.
+ Review and summarize technical JIRAs, providing insights without requiring coding expertise.
+ Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require creativity and advanced analytical thinking.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
+ Background in data governance or data quality.
+ Ability to evaluate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
+ Experience in consulting with senior leadership on data management strategies.
+ Proven ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
