This function is responsible for North American master data domains (Customer, Material, Product, Vendor) and applicable functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants. This role has the responsibility to coordinate the Master Data Operation for the designated scope, to interact with different Business Areas to provide Master Data services and to partner with back office to ensure the data entry process is compliant with policies and procedures.
*** Role will be a hybrid setting of 1-2 days a week in our East Hanover, New Jersey office
How you will contribute
Act as liaison between requestor (Business) and back office (entry) on domain specific requests to create/extend/deactivate/activate master data. Collaborate and provide insights to Business questions on setup and usage of data elements including systems, process, and procedures to ensure productivity for business, including the Production Boms process for manufacturing. Key point of contact for business functions / data owners and data consumers and tracking their E2E MD process flows. Deploy and co-ordinate Governance and Sustainability initiatives with functions/market/plants/category (Quality, Performance, Training/Testing, industry standards). Participate in local meetings (I2M, Business changes, Continuous Improvement, SCR, GS1 and others). Investigate and resolve issues related to master data, collaborating with teams to address data related challenges promptly. Provide project support (Global, regional, and local initiatives including link with back-office) Key user responsibility for the assigned scope and a domain sub-process including testing and training and documentation. Work toward maintaining and improving the Performance Measures. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in master data, contributing to decision making and process improvement. Execute training programs for internal data management staff and business users involved in master data activities, ensure that they adhere to established data management standards.

We seek a dynamic, eager to learn and commercially oriented professional willing to develop skills related to Data Management Operations and Service Delivery throughout digitally enabled global processes and solutions in a multi-national and multi-functional business environment. S/he will be familiar with Master Data landscape and relevant domains for FMCG industry. S/he will be familiar with operating in a BPO environment leveraging internal and external skills and capabilities to work in master data operations and engage effectively business data owners and teams accountable for master data ownership and data quality.
What you will bring

3+ years of professional experience in business processes operations in a large organization, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
English Proficiency mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Some knowledge of Master Data operations, how master data are leveraged to create business outcomes and some experience in SAP and/or other product data solutions is a plus.
Education/Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar degrees.

Limited travel up to 20%
The anticipated base salary range for this position is (USD 92,800.00-127,600.00); the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
