For more information, go to: https://studentloans.gov/myDirectLoan/pslfFlow.action#!/pslf/launch Description of Job Work Unit The Field Services Section (FSS) exists to address for the public, governmental entities, the regulated community, and the Department, technical and regulatory issues primarily related to compliance assistance and compliance assurance for drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities (and other discharging facilities) including the following activities: compliance evaluation inspections and sanitary surveys; technical and compliance assistance; regulation and policy development, and provision of technical services in support of the Water Quality Control Division’s (Division) programs to provide financial assistance for drinking water and wastewater treatment facility construction. Job Duties This is an intermediate level position that’s purpose is to operate independently in performing assignments related to the Field Services Section’s spill program and cleanwater inspection program conducting data management, case tracking and training of staff to perform spill duty. This work will be done under the direct supervision of the section manager Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights (Option 1) Five (5) years of professional experience in data management or analysis and management of business processes and systems. (Option 2) Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in data management, business, information technology, management, public administration, or a related field AND One (1) year of professional experience in data management or analysis and management of business processes and systems. Substitutions: Additional education in business, information technology, management, accounting, public administration will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
