As a member of the Master Data team, you will be to help create an ERP system and business processes that build data integrity and consistency. Under management, operate data entry tools to perform a variety of data entry, verification, and related clerical tasks. This is an entry level position. Frequently reports to the Data Entry Supervisor. May perform more complex tasks. Type data and codes required to process information. Retrieve data in storage. Maintain records of data entry. Maintain logs of messages to and from computers. Monitor screens to detect malfunctions. Operate equipment within established standards. Identify errors through the use of verification procedures and make changes.
Main Responsibilities
Contribute to DMO team results and work towards achieving team goals.
Work directly with requesters for follow-up and clarification, verification, validity, and troubleshooting.
Data maintenance projects as assigned. Such as health check reports or BI analysis.
Emphasis on basic and maintenance related to all areas of master data.
Update prices of raw materials in different ERPs registering daily activities.
Communicate with the buyer, Finance department, and DMO Master Data domains on completing the process.
You will expedite the orders from Plants and Category Managers to meet production.
Set up and update blanket purchase agreements upon buyers’ request.
Identify errors and improvements in the pricing process.
ERPS and other systems or registration tools ad-hoc reporting involving requisitions, supplier spend, requisitioners, processing times.
Analyze invoices on hold due to price discrepancies.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Finance or similar.
Experience of 1-2 years in Procurement-Purchasing area.
Conversational level of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attitude toward and the ability to work in a team environment.
