We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Data Management team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in New York, New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Reporting into the Data Management Lead within CIS, you will support the Data Governance function of MMC in controlling master and reference data to satisfy business objectives.
We will count on you to:
Assist with the creation and maintenance of metadata for MMC’s transactional and reporting systems, ensuring data governance standards are upheld and reporting impact of changes is communicated to stakeholders. Ensure complete review of data for accuracy and consistency, prepare analytics regarding data quality and collaborate closely with many groups within MMC. Create and maintain existing documentation to strengthen controls within Data Governance and our processes.Liaise with senior stakeholders as a SME on data management processes.Oversee project deliverables for the Data Management team.What you need to have:

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,700 to $170,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
