MV Transportation is seeking a Data Manager to ensure that all personnel who are required to input data, forms, and/or reports into the automated, web-enabled MIS system be able to do so with the highest level of accuracy and proficiency. Other responsibilities include:
Submit all employee benefit applications and ensure the appropriate deductions take place.Ensure accuracy of preliminary and financial statements, prepare journal entries.Prepare projections as required by local, regional and corporate management for forecasting purposes.Prepare and submit payroll.Data entry into client systemsReview daily Road Supervisor / Dispatch Logs and Daily Missed Trip Reports.Data entry for Purchase Orders.Assist GM and AGM with data entry as needed.Talent Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.Must have experience preparing NTD data reports.Some accounting experience preferred.Two (1) year payroll processing preferred.Proficient with Microsoft office including word processing and spreadsheets.Must maintain a valid driver license and all other required credentials, certifications, and qualifications.Starting pay rate: $31/hour
