We collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to deliver the best applications, products and services. **Partner with the best** As a Data Manager II, you will be responsible for: + Managing the lifecycle of Akamai IT assets and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). + Ensuring complete and accurate IT hardware asset information and their relationships to IT services in the CMDB. + Designing and implementing Service Mapping for IT services and infrastructure components in ServiceNow. + Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to integrate systems, define requirements, and automate CI updates. + Monitoring CMDB data integrity through regular audits, quality controls, and governance policies. + Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and reports on service mapping performance, data quality, and process efficiency. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have an understanding of IT service offerings, standards, policies, business strategies, and financials. + Have excellent communication, collaboration, and basic project management skills. + Have knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework . + Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges. + Have extensive experience in service mapping within a CMDB environment, including tools like ServiceNow Service Mapping. **Work in a way that works for you** FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
