Job DescriptionData Catalog:
Develop and maintain automotive aftermarket marketing intelligence data catalog, with support from both internal marketing team / external data vendor.Work together with in/external IT partner to facilitate centralized, efficient and accessibility to the data set.Secure in-time update and continuous improvement on data accuracyData Analysis:
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to understand business requirements for data analysis activities.Conduct data analysis and generate insight to support business grow, including new product development and sales potential opportunities.Develop front-end data analysis report and back-end program to support organization data-driven decision-making.Lead Data Transformation:
Drive awareness and attention to data-driven action/decision within organization, communicate insights and findings effectively to internal/external stakeholders.Implement necessary process/change to drive actionable insights and sales excellence activities.Work with external business partner to ensure integration of organization data to support business process.QualificationsBachelor or master degree in quantitative fieldsMinimum 3 years of work experience.Experience in data analysis, data cataloging, and metadata management.Familiar with data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization toolsExperience in managing external vendors.Good communication and cross-function/region collaboration skillFluent in English as working language.
