About the Job: 

As a Data Marketplace Librarian, you will be responsible for understanding the data elements and metadata to help and search before procure. You will work closely with our Business & commercial functions and  EDA teams to help implement the data procurement governance model 

Key Responsibilities: 

Responsible for the data governance implementation across the organization. Understand the data domain specific features to support the search Establish key data quality, ethics and compliance rules to help accelerate the procurement process after search Provide guidance and best practices to Business function/ data purchasers across the organization Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create data extracts, dashboards, and visualizations  Conduct training and provide support for Data & Data service users within the organization. Implement and enforce data governance policies and standards within the Market place environment. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Science or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience working with Procurement, including at least 3 years with procurement tools and its implementation. Proficiency in tools and technologies for the procurement governance implementation   Good understanding of data acquisition concepts and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
