Focus on Domain Design and Architecture: * Lay out data foundation and architecture, which then gets built out into specific technical requirements/components and passed to data Engineering team; There is some engineering component to pilot test things prior to recommending * Experimenting with build it verses buy it decisions * Look for heavy on the data modeling side; Just about everyone on the team has Engineering foundation and has moved into Modeling
