Our network is vast. It connects over 100,000 users. It spans more than 15,000 devices. We use the latest in LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center LAN technology.

Your Role:
Provide Expertise: Offer technical support for connectivity. Resolve issues quickly. Keep the service steady.
Implement Solutions: Lead new network projects. Implement these solutions across all Roche locations. From Campuses to Branch Offices, Data Centers to Manufacturing and Logistics sites.
Drive Innovation: Work with cutting-edge technologies. Push forward our commitment to excellence and improvement.
Your Daily Tasks:
Support and Troubleshoot: Keep our network running smoothly. Fix issues. Ensure reliability.
Collaborate and Advise: Work with everyone—technicians and non-technicians. Guide them. Offer advice throughout the lifecycle of connectivity solutions.
Maintain and Improve: Keep the network up to standards. Suggest and make improvements as needed.
Manage Changes: Handle changes without a hitch. Follow all Incident, Change, and Configuration Management processes.
Work with Vendors: Ensure external vendors and service providers meet our high standards.
Design and Implement: Create and deliver new connectivity solutions. Push the network forward.
What You Bring:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
You bring over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
You have supported, troubleshooted, and implemented large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless).
You have worked with external vendors and service providers, particularly telecom carriers.
You are experienced with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices.
You can work flexible hours, handle occasional overtime, and participate in on-call duties.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
