Data Operations Associate

As a Data Operations Associate in the Client Account Services team, you will maintain the day-to-day operations supporting the Foreign Exchange (FX) business. You will show a passion for stakeholder engagement and ensure their business needs and requirements are met. **Job responsibilities** + Respond to stakeholder requests in a timely and professional manner + Investigate and resolve breaks as it relates to Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) set ups + Manage end-to-end client onboarding process for FX Trading activity + Partner with team members to review and approve SSI, Ref Data Set ups & Callbacks + Develop a deep understanding of customers business and operational objectives + Liaise with business groups including Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Line of Business (LOB) Operations + Partner and ensure collaboration across Markets and FX product + Inspire process stabilization and improvements for Account Reference Data Utility + Remove roadblocks impeding the onboarding process + Balance quality, regulatory, and policy compliance on an ongoing basis + Establish formidable relationships with new stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing stakeholders **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in SWIFT payment processing, including a comprehensive understanding of various SWIFT message types such as MT103 for single customer credit transfers, MT202 for financial institution transfers, and MT202COV, which combines MT202 and MT103 to cover the underlying customer credit transfer, is required + Ability to prioritize and work well under tight deadlines + High-level analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy + Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; ability to clearly and concisely express ideas + FINRA Series 99 or equivalent + Significant computer literacy skills including MS Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx + Excellent collaboration skills; able to work together to achieve a common goal **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions + Understanding of the Financial Services industry, products, and processes + Middle or Back-Office Operations experience preferred + Ability to take lead on Process Improvement and Automation + Manage assigned tasks independently JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
