Main purpose of the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Coordinator who is eager to develop into a Data Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data management and looking to grow their career in data operations. 

 

Career Path: This role offers a clear path to becoming a Data Operations Specialist. As you gain experience and develop your skills, you will take on more responsibilities related to managing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing data governance policies.

 

What you’ll do:

Data Loading and Management:  Import and export data between various systems.  Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the loading process.  Maintain documentation of data loading procedures.  Data Quality and Troubleshooting:  Identify and resolve data loading issues.  Implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy.  Collaboration and Support:  Work closely with Integration, RPA and data teams to optimise data workflows.  Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies.  Professional Development:  Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills in data operations.  Work towards understanding and managing data pipelines and workflows. 

 

Who you’ll work with:

Collaboration with all internal and external IT & business stakeholders both, at regional and country-level but also at global scale Supporting operations performance in delivering best-in-class customer service Co-ordinating and aligning across functional teams to ensure solution & data set up, configured and working as required.

 

Key qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools and software. Basic understanding of database structures and SQL. Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good problem-solving abilities. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Strong communication skills. Professional Growth: Eagerness to learn and develop skills in data operations. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python). Basic knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Previous experience in a data-related role is a plus.
