Responsibilities: * Manage daily data processes, ensuring the timely generation of reports and the seamless execution of workflows * Data Operations Manager will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and performance of data systems * Lead efforts to maintain, enhance, and optimize databases that support enterprise-wide operations * Implement automation processes to improve data management efficiency * Manage and resolve escalated data-related issues from internal teams and external clients * Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop custom data solutions that meet specific business needs * Oversee the development and delivery of regular and ad hoc reports, ensuring they meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders * Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes * As a Data Operations Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure the alignment of data processes with business goals * Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure data operations meet service level agreements (SLAs) * Support the leadership, mentorship, and development of data professionals. to support the delivery of operational excellence * Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture within the team * Coordinate to implement changes, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations * Identify opportunities for system enhancements that will improve the efficiency of data operations
