We’re looking for a Project Manager to help our Data Operations team deliver successful projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. They’ll also keep leadership informed on project outcomes and value.
ResponsibilitiesPlan projects by defining goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.Manage dependencies between business requirements and technical solutions.Track data requests from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery.Work with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) teams to integrate new data seamlessly.Run 'Lessons Learned' meetings to improve future projects and implement process enhancements.Keep process documentation updated for consistency and clarity.Take meeting notes and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.Share concise updates on project progress, value, risks, and mitigation plans with leadership.Use tools like Jira and PowerPoint to monitor and communicate progress.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in a related field is required.4+ years of experience in project management, with 2+ years specifically within the data operations domain or data integration.Experience driving complex projects in a large matrixed organization, with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus among diverse teams.Experience leading projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Additional Skills & QualificationsRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.Experience with JIRA preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration and discussions.Ability to create succinct, leadership-quality reports that clearly communicate project status.Work Environment
This role will be remote on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, but flexibility is required to switch days onsite based on project meetings.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
