Description
\n\t\t\t\t\tThis individual will be using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel on a daily. They will be answering a few calls as they come in, but the phone system is easy to learn. This is a 2nd shift 3PM - 11PM. They will work with monitors in an office based area. They will be fielding incoming calls and directing them to the right departments (police, ER, etc...) or internal employee. They will be adding service tickets. The central station is the middle location for incoming calls. \n\nThere will be 6 weeks of training with the manager, once that is completed they can expect a dollar to two dollars increase.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
